THE EXHIBITION

Coex Food Week 2021 is one of the most anticipated international Food & Beverage exhibitions in Seoul. This event showcases cultivated food products, prepared food products, food and beverages, food processing and food packaging machinery, Baking & confectionery. Coex Food Week has been presenting the main tendencies in the food industry during the last 15 years. The main idea of the exhibition is to create environment for enterprises' representatives from different areas and countries to find better solutions and improvements in bakery and confectionary food industry.

Coex Food Week was successfully led in 2020 in online and offline during pandemic situation, the main figures are:

• more than 300 companies-participants;
• 16 872 visitors;
• foreign exhibitors from Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, Germany, Italy.

The exhibition of the food industry in South Korea will present:

• baking and confectionery equipment;
• packing machines;
• packaging process control systems and equipment;
• ice making machines;
• refrigeration equipment;
• equipment for cleaning and disinfection.
