DESCRIPTION
Tunnel electrical or gas conveyor ovens are available in 4 different dimensions to ensure the great reliability and high quality production process. Suitable for various baking needs, especially pizza.
Features and Benefits
- An opportunity of separate temperature regulation top and bottom hitting elements with a range up to 350°C;
- Two thermostats for controlling the temperature of both hitting elements (top and bottom);
- The digital control panel allows in a few simple steps to adjust the temperature of top and bottom hitting elements, speed of the conveyor, to regulate the baking process and to store programs in the machine's memory;
- The oven is equipped with a glass door which are necessary for monitoring the baking process;
- The ventilation chamber guarantees a uniform baking of pizza;
- Material which conveyor belt is made from is stainless steel;
- Easy access for a careful cleaning of the interior of the oven;
- The oven can be installed on its own support or directly on an existing surface.
