DESCRIPTION
Panning unit BA typically is used in combination with divider-rounder KE and optionally with intermediate proofer with approx. 3 minutes rest for production of round, long-rolled, folded-in and flat-pressed products, e.g. hamburger, hot dog, mini-baguette, double bread roll.
